Start somebody off
A trainee works in a practice copy of this business — real screens, real handset, real photographs and geofences, and nothing that touches a customer. A pin they drop in the wrong place stays in the practice copy and never teaches the gazetteer anything.
Put the trainee's phone on the practice copy. This code is shown once and stored nowhere — if it is lost, abandon the run and start another.
- On the trainee's phone, open the Osoro rider app. If it is already set up for a real rider, go to Me → Unpair first (it warns about anything not yet sent — send that first).
- On Set up this phone, press Scan the code and scan the square below — or press Or type it and type the code under it.
- The phone now shows the practice parcels. Press Steps under Practising now to follow along, and Check as they go.
- Afterwards, unpair the phone again (Me → Unpair) and pair it back to the real rider from Riders — a new code is made there.

Wipe the practice board
The practice copy is made once and used by everybody, for ever. After a year of inductions it holds a thousand practice parcels and a dock full of deliveries nobody closed, and a trainee opening it should see their own work rather than somebody's from March.
This empties the practice copy and keeps the training record below — who practised, at what, and how far they got. It refuses while anybody is mid-run, and it never touches the real business. The practice copy's event log is left alone because that log is append-only everywhere, and a button that could suspend that for one tenant would be a hole in it for all of them.
Training record
What each person has actually done, kept by this business — it survives the practice copy being wiped.
