How full the map is
The gazetteer is the one asset here that compounds and cannot be backfilled. Two things deepen it and until now nothing called either of them — they were functions with no handle, and the view that says whether they are working was read by nothing.
They are not the same kind of work. Folding in deliveries turns a confirmed GPS fix into a pin against a phone number — evidence becoming knowledge. Filing addresses puts typed prose under a landmark by exact name — the index getting tidier. One can stall while the other runs, so they are counted apart.

What this operation has learnt to find
Every completed delivery pairs a description somebody wrote with a GPS fix from a rider standing at the door. This is what has accumulated. The bar is the spread — how far the observations sit from the centre — because a name with a 47 m spread is a shop and one with 560 m is a neighbourhood, and a job cannot be priced from the second.

Names sharing a word. Merging keeps one row and files the other as an alias, so the next parcel typed the old way finds it. The radius is what merging would produce — that is the number that tells two spellings apart from two places.

Merges, revisited
Each merge folded one name into another. Before is first-attempt delivery at the winner up to the merge; after is the combined place since. Worth a look means the rate fell fifteen points or more, or the radius more than doubled — open the two names on the map. Too early means fewer than twenty attempts since: the row waits here rather than being judged on four parcels.
