Proposed loadouts
One round per rider, one corridor each. Confirm gives the rider
every stop through the board's own checks (papers, cash cap, capability) and
writes the round order; Drop puts the parcels back in the pool. A stop
marked late is one the model thinks arrives after its door shuts —
a warning to you, not a refusal. Drag stops on the board afterwards as
always.
At the bench: sort to
Every parcel in a live pile, by tote, and whose bike it goes on. A
packer sorts SENT parcels by this list; the rider presses Collected on the
phone as each one goes on the bike.
| Pile | Rider | # | Parcel | Tote | Packed in | To | Cash | Collected |
Not in any loadout
Ready or not, and why the planner left it. A parcel with no location
is still yours to give out from the board by hand.
Weight and capacity
What each bike carries, and what is on it. A load is a floor
until nothing on the bike is unweighed — the "not weighed" column says how
many parcels the figure beside it could not see.
| Rider | Vehicle | Carrying | Room | Not weighed |
What a vehicle carries
Seeded starting figures, not measurements. Replace one and say
where the new number came from — who weighed what.
| Vehicle | Kilograms | Litres | Where the figure came from | |
What a heavy parcel costs
Not weighed
Open parcels with no weight recorded. While this list is not empty,
every capacity figure on this page is a floor.

The clock
At each time below the system builds loadouts from everything ready
and leaves them above for you to confirm. Load out now is the same
computation, this minute. Parcels already in a pile are not planned twice.
