Paste the access code Osoro gave you. It stays on this device and is not shown again.

What's in it — picked from your stock with us. Optional.

Or paste a spreadsheet. First row is the header. Rows for people you have delivered to before need only recipient_phone; anyone new needs a destination as well — a landmark is enough.

Counted from the warehouse ledger, not from a stock sheet. Available is what we could pick today; promised is already allocated to an order.

    Your bills

One statement a week, covering Monday to Sunday and issued on the Monday after. Owed to you now is your live balance — it moves with every delivery, so the difference between it and your newest statement is the work next Monday will bill.

No statement yet. The first one is issued on the Monday after your first full week.

Every line is one posting in our ledger, frozen on the day this statement was issued. Nothing here is recalculated.

A parcel arrived damaged, short, or not at all? Tell us which parcel and what it cost you. We look at the delivery record and answer here; an accepted claim becomes a credit note on your next statement.

Your own software can book parcels and follow them: make a key here, keep it on your server, and read the API guide. A key is shown once. Revoke one the moment you think it has leaked.

An HTTPS address of yours. Every event on your parcels is posted to it as it happens, signed with a secret shown once. If your server is down we try again for two days; every attempt and its answer is listed here.

    AddressEventsStatusWaiting

Blank sends the seven booking events. To also hear about claims, returns, what the customer asked for and a missed delivery time, name them: claim.decided, return.requested, return.decided, return.collected, booking.instruction, booking.late.

The signing secret for this address. Copy it now — it is not shown again. Verify X-Osoro-Signature with it as the guide describes.

    Your shop

Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce shop and a paid order becomes a delivery on its own; when the rider hands it over, the order is marked fulfilled with the tracking link. Unpaid orders book only when the payment method is cash on delivery.

ShopPaste this address into the shop's webhooksOrdersStatus

In Shopify admin: Settings › Apps and sales channels › Develop apps — create an app with read_orders and write_fulfillments, install it, copy the Admin API access token (the credential) and the API secret key (the secret that signs webhooks). Then Settings › Notifications › Webhooks: add orders/paid, orders/create and orders/cancelled with the address we give you.
